My scale always shows less after being up for an hour or so. This morning right after I got up, it showed 230. After a small cup of juice, going to the bathroom and an hour wait I weighed again at 228.
Breakfast: small glass of Naked Juice.
Lunch: chili w/ cheese. cornbread w/ margarine. diet soda
snack: sunflower seeds.
Dinner: pork, apple topping, mashed potatoes,corn
snack: had a GU before the run. It seemed to do wonders. diet soda later.
4.6 mile run. Felt great.
