Breakfast: 2 eggs sunny side up with butter. Toast w/ margarine. Tall glass of ice water.
Lunch: ham sandwich, cheese, mayo.
Dinner: Arby's roast beef and cheddar, apple turnover, diet dr. pepper.
snack: slice of carrott cake.
Run: 3.1 miles at Veterans Memorial Park, Chandler. After hearing Billy Mays, Olympic Gold Medalist speak at Basha High.
