A little disappointed that I didn't lose some weight over the weekend.
On Saturday we traveled up to Dead Horse Ranch SP. Had lunch at KFC. I had the chicken/mashed potato/corn/cheese/sauce bowl. Dinner was a left over chicken sandwich (the small kind) from KFC. snacks were Gorp and chips.
It rained pretty good most of the afternoon. We drove over to the lagoons and did a short walk that evening.
On Sunday I ran 4.5 miles up the Jerome mountain for a race. Then ran down 3.5 miles. I, also, did about 3-4 miles of walking that day.
Breakfast was a banana. I had a snack at the top of the mountain of 4-5 cookies and some gatorade. Lunch was turkey sandwich, chips, gorp at the cabin. Dinner was 1.5 cheeseburgers, chips, potato salad, some apple.
On Monday I woke up to do a 3.5 mile run around the lagoons in the state park. no breakfast. We broke camp and headed back to Chandler. Stopped for lunch at Arcadia Farms in Scottsdale. Ate four shrimp and had a cobb salad. light on the dressing. Dinner was at home. A spinach pasta dish. one small roll with margarine. small salad leftover from lunch. water to drink. snacks of gorp and a few chips. Oh yeah, around 3:30 I had a half turkey sandwich with cheese and some mayo.
Today: 10 peanuts. powdered drink (20 cals). no breakfast. lunch was a turkey sandwich with cheese and mayo. some more peanuts and gorp. dinner was chicken pasta, green beans, peach. snack handful of gorp.
Ran 4.5 miles to the lake and back.
